We accept various payment methods, including Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Please ensure your billing details are accurate and up to date.

7. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Customers may cancel their subscription and exercise their applicable 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and the terms set out in our Refund Policy.

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are not subject to approval and are refunded in full to the original payment method. Requests made after 14 days are reviewed individually as set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Your Feedback Matters

We appreciate your input! Any feedback or submissions you provide may be used by TANGO B5 LIMITED without limitations. We also reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates our Terms.

10. Cancellation & Dispute Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
Cancel anytime, free, up to 23:59 UK time the day before your trial ends or renewal date. Cancelling stops all future payments; you keep access until the end of the period already paid..

If a subscription is cancelled after a renewal payment has been processed, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, unless the customer is eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy outlined below.

Trial subscriptions automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the trial within the stated trial timeframe to avoid being charged.

If a customer believes a charge has been made in error or wishes to dispute a transaction, they are encouraged to first contact our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a formal dispute. All dispute inquiries must be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date and should include relevant details such as the customer’s account email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Upon receipt of a dispute request, we will review the case and respond within 5–10 business days. During this period, we may request additional information or documentation to assist with the investigation. If the issue cannot be resolved directly and the customer initiates a chargeback through their bank or card issuer, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Customers acknowledge that initiating a chargeback may result in temporary account suspension while the case is under review. We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, account activity logs, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions to the payment processor or issuing bank as part of the dispute resolution process.

11. Correcting Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. TANGO B5 LIMITED reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies in service-related information. We are not obligated to make updates unless legally required.

12. Progress Evaluation

We are committed to ongoing improvement. Both the Client and TANGO B5 LIMITED will evaluate progress quarterly and take appropriate corrective actions to stay aligned with our shared goals.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, TANGO B5 LIMITED makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.

14. Billing

TANGO B5 LIMITED reserves the right to decline orders and may set restrictions on the quantity of items purchased per individual, household, or order. Payment options include Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa Card. Customers must provide accurate purchase and account details, updating them promptly as needed.

Customers may choose to purchase a subscription plan directly at the applicable price of €49.99 per month for the Pro plan, €69.99 per month for the Business plan, or €89.99 per month for the Enterprise plan. Alternatively, customers may choose a 3-day or 7-day trial for €2.35. If a customer selects a trial, it will automatically convert to the selected subscription plan at the applicable monthly price once the trial period ends, unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial expires. The applicable plan, trial duration, price, and recurring billing terms will be clearly disclosed before the customer completes the purchase. If offered, the specific discounted price will be clearly shown before you accept it, and you will never be charged more than the standard price of your plan.

TANGO B5 LIMITED may preauthorize renewal fees. If a user requests a refund, the renewal amount can be canceled and swiftly refunded to the original payment method.

TANGO B5 LIMITED may occasionally offer retention discounts to existing customers. If offered, the specific discounted price will be clearly shown before you accept it. In some cases, TANGO B5 LIMITED may also provide lifetime savings opportunities.

15. Subscription Plans and Custom Account Configuration

15.1 Standard Subscription

Upon subscription, the customer agrees to an initial charge of €1, which grants access to the services for one (1) day. Following the initial charge, the subscription will automatically renew on a daily basis, with a recurring charge of €1 per day, unless the subscription is cancelled by the customer prior to the next billing cycle.

15.2 Fixed-Price Subscription Plans

In addition to the standard daily subscription, TANGO B5 LIMITED offers the following fixed-price, one-time project packages available directly on the website:

  • Basic - €100.00
  • Standard - €250.00
  • Pro - €500.00
  • Business - €750.00
  • Premium - €1000.00
  • Enterprise - €1250.00

All plans include: Regular Analytics Reports, Quality Assurance, Customised SMM Strategy, and Content Writing.

Each package is priced per project, not per month. The customer makes a one-time payment for a clearly defined scope — there are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden charges. There is no auto-billing and no trial period associated with these packages. The applicable price and scope are clearly disclosed to the customer at the point of sale prior to payment being completed.

By completing the purchase of an additional package, the customer expressly authorises TANGO B5 LIMITED to charge the selected payment method for the stated one-time amount and confirms they have reviewed and accepted the package scope and pricing displayed at checkout.

15.3 Custom Account Configuration

In addition to the plans listed above, TANGO B5 LIMITED may offer customised account configurations, enhanced functionality packages, or tailored service plans to selected customers upon direct request and consultation. Such customised plans are provided based on specific business requirements, requested features, implementation scope, onboarding requirements, or other configuration preferences identified during discussions between the Company and the customer.

Customised service plans, including but not limited to internal pricing tiers designated as €2,000, €2,500, and €3,000, are subject to individualised review and approval by the Company and may involve one-time setup, configuration, onboarding, or implementation fees.

All fees, charges, and applicable service terms relating to customised plans or configurations shall be disclosed to the customer and expressly agreed upon prior to billing or payment processing. The applicable charges and scope of services shall be reflected in the relevant invoice, order summary, statement of work, or other service documentation provided to the customer.

By purchasing or approving a customised plan or configuration, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable pricing, services, and implementation scope communicated by the Company prior to payment.
